![]() ![]() It works for me, hopefully it will work for for everyone too.Ah Guitar Rig… the very first full suite plugin I ever used back a ways. This problem annoyed me for some time and I am glad that I found a solution for it. acd file, you will see that Bus channel works and your track now has GR3 with all the racks. Then you can assign GR3 effects to that bus channel and add it to your track.Ĥ- Click to "Bus FX." button on your new bus channel (Bus A) in the mixer area.ĥ- Add "Guitar Rig 3" to your bus channelĦ- Go the the main track and right click on it. If you use GR3 within Acid, you should not add GR3 as a separate VST effect for each track, you should use a new Bus channel. I am not sure where this error occurs but I think it is not Sony's fault. ![]() While this easy-to-use feature of Acid works with all the VST plugins that I used since 2003, it does not work with GR3. This problem causes because many Acid users (or just me!) tend to have all VST effects added to each track using Track FX button located inside the track line. I think I found a solid solution for the problem. Sony Acid Pro 6 users will be glad to hear this. Since I tried many options in Acid and there was no solution within version 6.0c Build 355, I will look for an answer from Sony forums. Of our VST plugins are stored with the song file (in this case an Acid song). The support for this product is handled by Sony. I really like Session and I don't want to use another sequencer. Is there a solution for this problem? I have never experienced such a problem with another VST plugin in Acid. When I closed Acid and started again, it did the same thing. I have also tried adding only one GR3 plugin to one guitar track, but it did not work either. So I have to delete these GR3 plugins one by one, add them to each track again and assign presets. There are no error messages at all and you can see GR3 inside Acid (assigned to the guitar tracks) but they don't work. All I hear is the non-processed bare sounds of the guitars again. When I restart Acid, I see all the GR3 settings are gone it happens each time I try. But it is only until you save your mix and exit Acid. ![]() ![]() When you record your guitar tracks and add GR3 as VST to the these bare tracks, it works fine and sounds are great. But it doesn't work with Sony Acid Pro 6.0 properly (which is my main sequencer since 2003). And GR3 XE works perfectly (I am using the latest 3.2.1 version). ![]()
